PREORDER: "I Have Mail...From You" Postcard

Preordering gives us the ability to sustainably produce our stationery. Preorders are better for the environment by keeping overproduction at bay, and allows us to budget the time and energy necessary to meet demand.

In the future, as our business grows, we may consider a more traditional model of online retail. For now, this is the best thing for RDC!

At this time, we don’t accept returns.

We take great care in our product offering, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’d be happy to see if it’s possible get things squared for you.

If you have more questions on a product/service, we would be happy to chat more. Please connect with us on our Contact page for any inquiries.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not! We ship within the United States only.

We’re definitely interested in international fulfillment, but need to see how operational costs could affect RDC.

If you would like to be added to our contact list for business updates, please subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of our home page, or reach out so we can add you to our future communications.

We’re starting out with using USPS for order fulfillment.

We’re offering a flat $7 shipping rate for orders under $49, with orders over that amount shipping for free!

Please bear with us while we continue to explore ways to reduce shipping costs in the future.

While we do our best to ship as quickly as possible, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email us at studio@rueduchateau.co.

Please visit our Atelier page if you have any custom or personalization requests.
